Services
Kovyro provides closing operations, signing coordination, mobile notary, and document execution services to business clients including title companies, escrow companies, attorneys, lenders, and investors. Services are provided pursuant to individual order terms and any applicable service agreements.
Orders and Scheduling
Signing requests are confirmed upon assignment. Clients are responsible for providing accurate transaction details, complete document packages, and timely notice of changes or cancellations.
Not Legal Advice
Kovyro and its signing professionals do not provide legal advice, prepare documents, or explain the legal effect of documents. Signers with legal questions are directed to the appropriate party in the transaction.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kovyro's liability arising from any order is limited to the fees paid for that order. Kovyro is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
